All of our weekly events are free to come play and membership is not required, nor does it matter your skill level.  Only members and/or paid participants can earn prizes.

 

Tuesday Night Doubles—4:30pm—Stuart Nelson

 

Wednesday Night Doubles—5:30pm—Mayfield

 

Thursday Night—5pm—Marshall County ; currently Mike Miller Course until Calvert can dry up a bit.

 

Sunday Handicap League at Stuart Nelson Park

Meet at one of 3 times; 10am, 11am, 1pm

Takes 3 scores to establish handicap

$5, 4 week rounds, 5 places score points

Top 3 places win discs

Bag Tag—used as both membership card and for competition between your friends and sometimes the whole club.  See Etiquette page for more details.

 

Towel—A heavy cotton towel for wiping the moisture and mud from your discs or brow.  Embroidered with Paragon Disc Golf logo who sponsored our packages

 

Chapter shirt—A dri-fit shirt that displays the overall club logo on the front and your particular chapter’s logo on the back.   Additional Shirts are available for $13.

 

Discounts—Through the local club store, currently located at Trendy Repeats you get a $1 off  any disc purchase.  This includes discs that are sold by the club on courses as well.  Watch for even better discounts in the future.

 

Also, events have club pricing for discounts and/or special things at the event for club members only or at no additional cost.  Sometimes you might even get 2 events for the same price!

 

Voting—We ask our members what we should be working on and who should be leading.  Surveys and fall leadership votes are coming.


Lifetime members enjoy all of the above, plus;

—never have to pay a yearly fee again, but still get the package.

—get to name a hole on their home course (some rules and restrictions apply)

—help by keeping $50 on their local course for the chapter to use toward course improvements; i.e. benches, pins, etc.

—know that they are helping both promote and help build better events in our area and on our local courses.

Calvert City is home to 2 new disc golf courses each with 9 holes.
